David Legrand just sent me this list for inclusion in the next Chalk Illustrated (these are held in NC - see chalkmart.com):

Phase 2 Class
March 26-30, 2012

Bed Sheet Class
Sept 10-14, 2012

2013 Chalk Classes
Teuling March 4-8
Phase 1 March 18-22
Phase 2 March 25-29

If there are others offered in the US I am not aware of them.
