Some chalkers wear latex gloves or a smock. Some don't care and wear their gray hands and smudgy clothes like a badge of honor. When it comes to protecting their lungs, some use a disposable dust mask, like Ben Glenn - who finishes his drawings by flinging the mask into the air with a flourish and a smile.
